  • Unable to view Personal Free/Busy Data for single user

    hi
    i have problem with a user when i try to schedule an appointment i cant see anything for the user its shaded , i have checked outlook tools>options>calender options>free/busy and that is set to show 2 months. i can see other users schedule fine but not this users. would appreciate any help. thanks.

    Try to run his outlook using the outlook /cleanfreebusy option:

        1. Did you try to create new profile?
        2. Did you updated the Windows + Office to the latest MS updates?
        3. If you have an Exchange 2003 ENT. try to move the user's mailbox to other mailbox store.
