  • Exchange 2003 OWA premium looks like basic

OWA works great and I can login just fine but there is no difference between the basic and premium interfaces. When I login via basic mode it looks like basic mode. When I login via premium mode it looks like basic mode too. Not sure what this is due to. NOTE: I am trying to use the Premium version from IE 6
Thanks in advance for any help.

Have you tried it from a different machine?
    From the server itself?

Are you using forms based authentication?
    SSL?

Have you enabled any of the disability features?

When you use FBA, do you get the option to choose between the versions?
I am wondering if it isn't detecting your browser correctly, something like that.

Sorry for the delay but yes I do get the option to select premium or basic. When I select either, I see the basic versions layout and options.

Do you have OWAADMIN installed on the server, or anywhere?
            Cheers,
