  • create exchange mailbox take 2-3 days

    Hi,

I've Win2K3R2 STD and EX2K3 STD that sets on a DC.
my problem is when i create new user and mailbox the user create instantly and i can login with new new account from the network but the email account doesn't created after 5 min max like normal behavior it create after 2-3 days even if i go to the system manager and update the recipient now and policy now no change.
why is that ? and how i can fix it to the normal behavior ?

    Thx

First of all you need to use some dots (.) and commas (,) in your posts, we can't hold our breath so long.

Second, look at the Event Viewer for specific errors related to mailbox creation.

Thirs, what is the interval that the RUS is configured to run? And on what DC?

after you create the user wait for a minute or two and then send him/her an email. the mailbox will be created instantly.
