    No!
    If disk space is a problem you can enable "circular logging" but you will lose most disaster recovery potential.

      The question to be asked is why you would want to.
      As already stated you can enable circular logging, but that does mean you have no disaster recovery options and is not anything that would be advised.
      If you are seeing a high level of the logs building then you need to investigate why. If you are backing up the server regularly with an Exchange aware backup application then the logs should be flushed.
