  • Need to set up an RFC 2821 address

    Hi everyone,

I look after a small client who has now had their email server blacklisted. The company has no reason to spam so the mail sent out was unintentional. I am trying to get the server off three blacklists.

They are saying that they need to send an email to one of the following addresses
    [email protected]
    [email protected]
    [email protected]
    [email protected]

(xx-xx-xx-xx = exchange server ip and isp.net = clients ISP

I read i need to have addresses that comply with RFC 2821, can anyone help me please!

Choose whichever one you want to use. Create a new recipient policy to match, don't set a filter. Then add the address to a user account.

    Simon.
