How this tool can help me?
it doesn't create a drive the both nodes can see...
dose anyone know about tool that can make this happen or does VMware workstation have something that can do it?

It doesn't simulate a SAN, but is can help you simulate load on the Exchange and storage.

MS Virtual Server 2005 does this and there is a white paper here:
          http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pro...y/cvs2005.mspx
that shows how to create the cluster.
