  • Calendar Meeting Notifications

I have a situation when User (JOE) creates a meeting and adds ATTENDEES.

The ATTENDEES then accepts the message.

The Organiser of the Meeting JOE then receives the acceptance messages for the meeting

User (FRANK) also get a notification of the acceptance even though he is nothing to do with the meeting.

I cant find any reference to user (FRANK) within the outlook profile of user (JOE)

Does anyone know where this setting is stored, so that I can turn it Off.

    Thanks
    Regards
    Colin

Has Frank ever been Joe's PA, or vice versa?

Its classic delegate issues. Delegate somewhere in the Outlook configuration, or possibly stuck inside the domain.

              Where have you looked?
If you Google for delegates you will quickly find the locations to look as delegate issues are very common.
