  • Mailbox sharing (Calendar and Task folder only)

Hi, there is a way to share user's Calendar and Task folder only (not the whole Mailbox) in Exchange 2003?
The setting can be initiate from the client's side (share my calendar/task) but need to find out how to configure it in Server's side.

    Please advice.

    Regards,

    Acung

The simplese way is from the client side. If you really have to do it from the server side you could use some Microsoft tools such as pfdavadmin, but I would strongly suggest that you do NOT attempt to play with them unless you really have no other alternative, as you could easily mess up your entire database if you configure it wrongly.

There is nothing official for server side. The tool that Daniel suggested is one of doing it.
The other way is to use something called setperm and admodify.net. I have that process outlined on my web site here: http://www.amset.info/exchange/folderpermissions.asp
