    Re: mail stuck in queue

When you click on the queue in ESM, it gives you a reason, what does that say?

Do you send your email directly by DNS or via a smart host?

If direct, there is always a chance that your ISP has blocked outbound SMTP.

Can you connect to any external servers?

    telnet maila.microsoft.com 25

If a smart host, have you checked the smart host is still valid and alive?

    Simon.

      Re: mail stuck in queue

      Simon,

I tried several smarthosts and at a sudden the queue was empty !

then i tried to send some messages, response: i am on a blacklist..., i am off the list now, and everything works fine at the moment.

now i am investigating why i was listed on the blacklist

      thanks for your time

      regards henk
