  • Prevent delegates from receiving meeting request?

    Hello,

    Outlook has the option to have delegates of your mailbox automatically receive copies of your meeting requests. However, when someone happens to add a distribution list and subsequently forgets, this results in users getting all kinds of meeting requests they shouldn't receive. Is there a way to centrally disable the 'Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me' through policy or registry?

    I don't think there is a central place that can be configured that way, but try the Office 2003 SP2 GPO:
