  • Exchange 2003 & problem with created Resources

    Hi,

I created a OU . I created users called "conf room1" & "Conf room2" under it, enabled mailbox etc etc . ( As resources )

Now I logged in to a Windows XP machine using user names I given for conf room 1 & 2 as m1 & m2 .

Configured Outlook 2003, went to Tools > Option > Caldener Options > Resource sheduling and done other setting.

Now I shedule meeting, added Conf room 1 as Resource.

Another user tried to shedule meeting on the same time and it showed him error. It means whatever I configured is correct.

Now problem is, I want all users to be able to see those sheduled meetings in there own calender in Outlook 2003. How to do that ?

When I added specific people, those people can see sheduled meeting, but I want all people to be able to see sheduled meetings using those resources in there own caldener's. How to do that ?

    Regards,
    Amey.

How about adding the user to the appointment in addition to your resource?

You mean to say, pick user from GAL and put him under "Resource" TAB as well?
