  • Error -- 0X8004010F (Outook 2003 issue)

    Dear Experts,

    I just created a new mailbox for a user in outlook 2003 and whenever i do a send/receive i get this error... and the following log is generated ....

    20:15:05 Synchronizer Version 11.0.5604
    20:15:05 Synchronizing Mailbox 'D G'
    20:15:05 Synchronizing Hierarchy
    20:15:05 Synchronizing local changes in folder 'Deleted Items'
    20:15:05 Uploading to server 'tech-exchange.apr.local'
    20:15:05 3 item(s) added to online folder
    20:15:05 Downloading from server 'tech-exchange.apr.local'
    20:15:05 Done
    20:15:05 Microsoft Exchange offline address book
    20:15:05 0X8004010F
    Could you kindly let me know why this happens and how can i stop this from happening again...

    It also displays this error message


    Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004010F) : 'The operation failed. An object could not be found.'

      Hi Michael,

      gr8, and thanks a lot....

      Well i chkd the MS kb article and it was a little confusing at first .....

      But this is what i did.....

      1. I created a new address list
      2. I added it to the offline address list with the default offline address list
      3. Did a rebuild on the offline address list
      4. Shutdown outlook and restarted it .....

      Bingo the error vanished .....
