    HI

    I have only one windows 2003 server & installed with exchange server, i
    am connecting internet using dial up only , how can i setup the exchange
    server for internet mail using dial up conections, i have to register my domain?

    Unless you buy and register a domain, AND properly configure the domain's MX Record, you will NOT be able to receive mail. You will be able to send, but not to receive.

    As for the not-static IP of your dial-up connection - I suggest you obtain one, but if you really have to, you can use dynamic DNS services such as NO-IP.COM.
