  • Autoarchive set to permantely delete..

I have a user who accidently set their autoarchive to permantely delete on Outlook 2000 - which is on a SBS2000 Server - I do have mailbox backups with Veritas - but I'm wondering if there's any easier way to restore these items. They only deleted their "sent items".

Any good articles on how to restore that folder if this is what I'm going to do?

Have you got deleted item retention turned on?
If so you may be able to get the information from the dumpster.
