      Hello Ossian,

      No You know when a user goes on holiday he can active his Out of Office!!
      Then he can forward al incoming mails to a other email-address with a rule in the out of office wizard.

      I like to block this if needed, " to avoid mail bouncing" in the future.

        Out of Office internally will always fire.
        However you can block OOTO going to the internet, along with auto forwards and auto replies in ESM, Global Settings, Internet Message Formats. Right click on * and choose Properties. Click on the tab Advanced and adjust the settings as required.
