I am getting this error when I send mail.

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

    [email protected] on 14.3.2007 13:51
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.
    <xxxxx.xxxxx.domain #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Access denied>

I have searched the net but not found the right solution.
This is only problem with sending to 2 domains.
I have checked if they are blacklisted but they are not.
I track the message through message tracking center it looks like the message is not leaveing my store. there are no spam filters that blook these 2 domains.

    Im using Exchange 2003.

    Thanks in advance - Jamm

      Check the followings:
      1. Check with your ISP that you have PTR record for your domain in the DNS.
      2. In the ESM: - ESM:
Default Virtual SMTP Server - Delivery - Advanced - Fully Qualified Domain name - verify that a real domain name is written (and not something like domain.local), you can check it wuth the "Check DNS".
      3. Check that your domain is not blocked in Black List:
      4. Try the next links:
      5. Can you send to other people in those domains?
CNE 5, CCA, MCSE NT4.0-2003, MCSE 2003 messaging, Exchange Server MVP.

Problem solved PTR record at the ISP was missing.

        Thanks - Jamm
