  • Wierd problem not recieving mail

Ok I have a very weird problem in exchange - I can send mail to user1 and he is receiving mail from all other users except one – User2 on another site is not receiving being received by user1. I can see the mail in the message tracking and it does say that the mail is delivered locally, but user1 is not receiving the mail

like I say mail is coming in to user 1 as I can send mail to them fine!!

Also visa versa – if I sent mail from user1 to user2 – user 2 receives the mail but sending from user2 to user1 – user1 is not receiving….

    Hope this makes sense?

    Thanks for any help

Are there any rules set up in user 1's outlook client? Are they going to junk mail or anything simple like that? See if it makes any difference if you send mail to him using [email protected] and [email protected].

Have you got message tracking turned on?
If not enable it. When a missing message is reported, check to see if it was delivered. If it was delivered then something is wrong client side - a rule or something like that.
