to deny mails from other domains for a particular user ID in exchage 2003
    ADUC>user properties>Exchange general>Delivery restrictions>"XXX_yyy"

here you can specify what to accept or deny on a per user basis.

And how do deny in exchange 2003 to send mails to other domain.
for example, you mean block everyone from sending to *[email protected] period?

    exchange system manager> global settings> message delivery>properties> recipient filtering> "XXX_yyy"

    hope that helps some.
its easier to beg forgiveness than ask permission.
