  • Outlook Web Access User Usage

we have the OWA Outlook Web Access configured on Exchange 2003 system.
Is it possible to get the usage of OWA.
How many users on an average logon to Exchange using OWA.
How long the Users are logged on to Exchange 2003 Server using OWA.
How many connections thgh OWA to Exchange 2003 Server.

    Regards,
    Imran

You need to either use the limited options in the Performance Monitor, or better, enable logging on the Default Web Site from the IIS Manager console, and use a 3rd-party analyzing tool such as awstats (free) or webtrends (expensive) to analyze the logs.

There is no freeware version of Spotlight on Exchange - at least not for new users. I also found that it struggled with Exchange 2003 when the freware was available.
