    I have this message which is generated from only one PC from exchange 2003


    'This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

    Your message has been successfully relayed to the following recipients, but the requested delivery status notifications may not be generated by the destination.'

    This only happens on one PC! all others seem to be fine

    How do i get rid of this automated message?

    That looks like someone has receipts turned on.

      To expound on Sembee's concise solution...
      go to tools > Options > preference tab > email options > tracking options > un-check the delivery receipt checkbox
