Did you run setup /domainprep on the child domain? Did you manually configure a RUS to point to the child domain?

        The solution

1- Create a Ditribution Group in the parent domain
2- Add Domain Users of Sub-Domain to the Distribution Group
3- Create Email for all Sub-Domain Users in the Parent Domain Active Directory (Right Click -> Create mail).

Excuse me but please explain how on earth your answer is related to your question? Did you ever mention anything about distribution groups?

          Where did this come from?
