    hai,
    i installed ex 2003 on server 2003
    with ad,dns.dhcp.
    after installtion i was excpected to see
    mx record with ip ( ex server) in dns zone, and from some
    reson there is no a auch record any
    it suggstion,

    The MX record should created by the ISP, although if you are using a DDNS like http://dnip.net/ that gives you the option to create a dns A record and MX record.

      To add on what tkolber said - MX records are NOT created automatically, and in 98% of the scenarios you do NOT need one internally. Just externally on the external DNS.
