I just went through Daniel Petri's blog >
Scroll down the page, and you'll see it.

We bought new HP tower XEON based server for Exchange. We done fresh installation of Windows Server 2003 STD edition and afterwards we install fresh copy of Exchange Server 2003 STD edition on it.

I am getting the exact problem he/you described in his/your blog. So if i remove IE 7.0, I'll gt back to IE 6.0 ? I am not sure if it works on Windows Server 2003. In XP, yes if I uninstall IE 7 , it rolls back IE to 6.0 with SP2 Any solution ?

The Problem > When i access any default Windows Help, Exchange help, it shows error

I haven't upgraded any of my servers to IE7 yet so i can't say for definite but i would imagine that rolling back to IE6 would be a case of uninstalling IE7.
