How are the Outlook clients connected to Exchange? Are you using POP?

We using MAPI for the client. Like I said before, if we are using the Outlook client we have no problem seening all the appointments in the calendar.

Is just the OWA(using IE6,IE7 or FF) that has problem. Maybe something is not updating is the IIS root?

Is it all users or just some?
What happens if you add an appointment in OWA? Does it show up in Outlook?
Are you sure the users are not using local PSTs for their calendar?
