    Hello

    How can I retreive deleted mails by a user who had Microsoft Outlook configured with Exchange server option. The server is Exchange 2003.

    I take daily backup of MIS ( microsoft information store)

    Pls advise

    You basically restore the information store to the RSG, then use exmerge to extract the contents from the store.

        In addition to Sembee, deleted items are kept for 7 days in the Exchange DB (by default - unless you change it), so if you want to recover an item (not mailbox) and it was deleted during the last 7 days, you can use the "Recover deleted items" from the client's mailbox using outlook or OWA:
