  • Netsky C & Z in Queue folder

Great site Daniel, Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us

I am running W2KSP4, Exchange 200 SP3+, eTrust Innocculate6 antivirus with the exchange option. (blocking exe, pif, com etc etc)

Periodically during the day, I receive notifications of virusses (netsky) in the vsi\queue folder.

How can I find out the origin of these virusses ?

Innoculate 6 does not show any infection apart from the queue folder.

I suspect (possibly mistakenly ?) that the source is an infected client.

Are there any tools within MS Exchange to determine the source (user or client pc name, or even mac address) of these infections ?

    Thanks in advance

    Paul
