  • GPRS Push to Smartphone?

OK, I should be able to sort this myself, but I'm having severe problems configuring a Smartphone (O2 XDA) to connect to Exchange, ideally by push email.

Can anyone give me the idiots guide, or a good link. All my googling has taken me to Outlook Mobile Access through a browser, where I want to push to Pocket Outlook

    Thanks in advance

Already tried. I have no problems with WiFi sync to Pocket Outlook or OMA to browser -- its how to get Pocket Outlook over GPRS.

      Thanks anyway

          Re: GPRS Push to Smartphone?

          Are you using SSL?
If so, when you browse to the OMA directory, do you get a certificate prompt? If so, the push email feature will not work. It cannot cope with the certificate prompt so will fail.

Otherwise, do you get an error code when you attempt to sync?

          Simon.
