    hello
    i want to restrict a perticular user to send a mail to a perticular domain in win 2000 exchange server

    You want to stop him from sending email just to a specific domain? One method would be by creating an SMTP Connector to that SMTP domain (with a lower cost than the regular SMTP Connector to the * address space) and restrict the user from sending mail through it.
