  • Creating a list of LegacyDN's of mailboxes

I wanted to quickly create a list of the LegacyDN's of mailboxes, and I read the following paragraph (at the end). I tried this method several times, saving in multiple locations, and still there was no mailboxes.txt create; in fact, exmerge.ini was the only file I could produce from this method.

    Thoughts?

Did you create that list in this fashion?

Create a text file that contains the distinguished names of all the mailboxes that you want ExMerge to work on. Save this file as C:\Mailboxes.txt. A simple way to generate this file is to run ExMerge in interactive mode, select the mailboxes to be processed, and then save the current settings. This writes out the selected mailboxes to a text file. Cancel the program after saving the settings. Do not run the program in interactive mode. "

You need to select all the mailboxes but remove one of them, for example - the administrator's mailbox. That way it'll generate the mailboxes.txt file when you click Save.
