    How can i create a discaimer in exchange 2003? Do i need third party software to do this or can i create in MS exchange or Group Policy?

    You can use this one:
    Install the GFI MailEssentials that includes the Disclaimer (without license), after 60 days all the GFI components will stop working but the Disclaimer:
    "however the disclaimer feature remains active after the 60-day evaluation
    period"

      GFI dropped the freeware version of their product two versions ago. That "news" article is almost four years old.

      You will have to use a third party tool - the most popular one is something called exclaimer. http://www.exclaimer.com/
