  • Error when trying to add an appointment exchange 2003

    Hi guys
I have a problem with exchange Calendar 2003 running on windows server 2003 when I am trying to add an appointment (double click on the day) nothing happened. When I am trying to write something it is letting me write but when I click somewhere else it gives me an error msg “Could not save item”
Any suggestion who to fix that?
    Thanks in Advance

Are you using Outlook (which version) or OWA?

Does the problem follow you to another machine?
If not, then the problem is with your current machine.

        Try recreating the Outlook profile.
If that fails, recreate the Windows profile.

If that still fails then you will have to wipe the machine.
Reinstalling Outlook/Office almost certainly will NOT fix the problem. The above three options are the only fixes I know of that work fir individual machine issues.

If it follows you to another machine, then you have a more serious issue.
