  • Force use of BCC

Is there any method or utility that can force a long list of recipients (say, above 10), either individually listed in the To: field or within a distribution list, into the BCC field? This would prevent accidentally revealing to all the recipients of just who received the e-mail, which could be a customer list or something equally revealing.

    Thanks,

    Carey

There is no built in tools for this issue, maybe third-party.

You could do this in code but you would have to replace the standard message form for all your users.
