  • RPC over HTTP/S "Exchange Server unavailable"

I finally got RPC over HTTP/S to work on mty domain, now I am stuck with someone elses domain.

When connecting to the Exchange Server I am asked for my credentials at which point is throws a message that the Exchange Server is not available.

The certificat eis in place and works with Outlook Web Access, all the ports have been done and I followed all the Petri tutorials.

    Any suggestions? Thanks,

Re: RPC over HTTP/S "Exchange Server unavailable"

I wanted to add that when I run outlook.exe /rpcdiag the server name in the Exchange connection box is CMHASRVR but I want it to be cmhasrvr.cmha--.org according to your example. No connections!

I used Harry Bates utility and configured it just like the Petri example:

    Exchange Server NetBIOS Name:
    cmhasrvr

    Internal Domain FQDN:
    cmha--.org

    External or Internet FQDN
    mail.cmha--.org

Manually double-checked all the ports in the registry too.

    Thanks
