  • not receiving an NDR Report

    I have a Exchange 2003 and would like to configure it so that when somone outside the organization sents email to a user that does not exist in the AD, the EX server should send back an NDR report that the user I have tried to contact does not exist in the organization. Unfortunaltely this does not happen. I have checked all possible places in the exchange configuration, but everything seems to be ok. Do you have any suggestions?



    please help

    PS. I use a pop connector to collect the emails

    I know this is where you would configure it using an SMTP connector.
