  • Batch File for Xchange backup....

    Hi guys, can someone help me? I can't get this batch file to work. All I want to do is run a complete backup of the Info store using a batch file. I am using Exchange 2000 and Ntbackup.
    Here is the batch file that doesn't work.

    @echo off

    C:\WINNT\system32\NTBACKUP.EXE backup "JET <servername>\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group\" /n "Wednesday <servername> - 1" /d "Wednesday <servername>" /v:no /r:no
    /rs:no /hcn /m normal /j "Wednesday <servername>" /l:s
    /t "Wednesday <servername>"

    rsm eject /pf"Monday <servername> - 1" /astart

    What do I need to do to make this work? Or do I have to use the scheduler through Ntbackup to create .bks files?

    The easiest way is letting the scheduler to create the bks config file.
