  • Sum of all attachments...

    What's the story with attachments?
I had to delete yesterday screenshots I posted in 2006, but it was for the first time I saw the overall sum is an issue...
    So, is it something new?

      Re: Sum of all attachments...

Yesterday I needed to attach screenshots to a post. I got a message that I am using 3.9MB of attachments and I had to go through all my attachments since 2006 and delete most of them.
I went to the User CP this morning, there is an "attachment" button, and it tells me I am using some 380KB of attachments.
I never had to deal with it in the past, so I thought is something new....

Mmmm, this is not good. Without the attachments the threads might make as much sense as me.

Maybe a "Heavy User" group (or a perhaps a better name used) could be added and their attachment allowance be increased.

Thanks for pointing this out Sorin. This is one we haven't come across before.

This is what I was afraid too, BigB
Well, I'm not the type to weep over the spoiled milk, but the issue should be taken care of for the future...

            Guys, it happened again.
I'm almost full at the attachement gauge.
            What do we do?
