    IT Governance has published an article on the EU ruling that Safe Harbour has been ruled invalid, meaning that the transfer of data between the EU and US will be subject to rule changes. This has implications for EU businesses (and others) using US-based cloud storage, and/or who share data with US companies. More here

      And this is one of the reasons why I so dislike storing my files in the cloud. Anything online no belong you anymore. The TLAs will be so happy, not that it changes anything.
