  • Anyone heard of EHR/EMR software

My friend who is a pediatrician asked me if i've heard about EHR software, a sales rep came to her office the other day and offered said product. But here's the thing, the sale rep cannot fully explain the details of the software . WTH! This is what i hate about these sales reps, they are often clueless about the technical details of the product the are offering.

Well, anyways.... If anyone knows EHR/EMR softwares, I would gladly appreciate it if you could give me some details. Thanks!

As a guess, Electronic Health Records / Electronic Medical Records - presumably the first covers more ground than the second (or they are alternative acronyms for the same thing)
Specialised CRM software - Patients, treatments, conditions, appointments, follow-ups, prescriptions etc ?

Hey, Ossian! That's exactly what I found out online. I checked this video out [MOD EDIT] Apparently, it's an EHR and EMR software by a company named [MOD EDIT] and it's really quite useful for healthcare professionals and patients like me. Hope this gives you more info on EHR and EMRs like it did to me.

[MOD EDIT - LINK and names removed as too much like spamming/advertising. No ban on this occasion as I'm in a good mood ]
