    Hi!

I have posted here a couple of times and the advice I get is really top notch so I figured I would reach out to this community for some advice. I work for a small IT company and they want me to standardize the planning, implementing, documenting, and maintaining proceedures. My question is where one would find a resource that outlines or guides one to making these proceedures. I have taken time to search amazon for reference material but didnt really find anything that looked like it was going to address my needs. Considering the number of IT companies out there that have been successful there has to be SOME publications that would assist in my endeavor.

So if anyone can point me in the right direction, I would be greatly appreciative!

    Thanks!
