  • Cisco aquires PostPath for $215M; Should MS Exchange be worried?

I just found out that Cisco aquired PostPath.

Here's one blogger's take on why Cisco aquired this company. It makes sense, but does anyone think that Exchange has much to worry about? PostPath does have quite a bit of lore behind it. Supposedly Outlook clients can use PostPath and not notice any difference in functionality. And, of course, it's free. So, will Exchange 2012 have some seriously fierce competition?

    Something to think about.

    Title changed..
I don't think that this will be a large competition.. At least not in the near future.
