    Damn, coulda used some of that equipment instead of upgrading 6 year old IBM servers.

      thats exactly how i plan on testing out the fail-over on my new blade center.

      couldn't they just have "simulated" a fail-over by just cutting the connection? blowing the thing up to smithereens is a little bit overkill... i mean, the end result is the same: packets arent leaving the data center; doesnt matter how or why.

      still cool to see the needless destruction of thousands of dollars of new equipment...
      its easier to beg forgiveness than ask permission.
