Maybe someone will convince me (and I am open to it) but why is this browser better than Firefox. Whats the difference?

They give some "stats" on the site as to it's performance... I'm sure Apple is completely objective in the matter.

I'm gonna download it and see how I like.

Thanks Bill, this is the first I've heard of it.
I'm surprised that my Mac buddy hasn't told me about.

Isn't a Safari where you shoot things like Tigers and Leopards?
        1 1 was a racehorse.
        2 2 was 1 2.

Biggles, isn't there some kind of infraction for this?

I really enjoy the Mac vs. PC commercials:

A mac is lighter and faster then most other notebooks.
I'm start using it most of the time for my photography passion in the fields.

No a safari is an overland journey. Shooting is not compulsary but you can take part in big game hunting whilst on safari.

People should expect problems like this as it is BETA. I have it downloaded for testing my own web design along with IE, Firefox etc...

Re: Have some fun: Apple Safari Browser for Windows Released

If 6 vulns have been found within as many hours, this product isn't yet ready for beta status. It should be Alpha, end of. How many more vulns remain to be found?

Your statement is a bit illogical - firefox and IE keep having vulns found and they are full releases!

Sounds more like you are buying a frizzbee. Marcel's punishment is that he will have to use it. No infraction could be a worse punishment than actually having to touch (let alone use) a CrapBook. I mean if it was that good, why did they find the need to use the superior Microsoft based Intel CPU.

David Maynor, who's best known for discovering an infamous Wi-Fi hack of Apple machines running third-party drivers, has already discovered four denial of service (ie crashing) and two remote code execution bugs with the software. "Not bad for an afternoon of idle fuzzing," Maynor writes. "One of the bugs found in the beta copy of Safari on Windows works on the production copy of OSX as well," he adds.

I downloaded and installed Safari for Windows 2 hours ago, when I started writing this, and I now have a fully functional command execution vulnerability, triggered without user interaction simply by visiting a web site
