  • How to suppress: Windows Cannot verify Publisher?

During driver installation I get several warnings from the system that "Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software".

Is there any way to disable this check on client PCs?

I do not want users to do any interaction with the software during installation.

You don't say which edition, architecture or service pack of Vista you're using (and I don't know how relevant they are), but have you tried the suggestions Google returns? http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=vis...signed+drivers

I realise you're using Windows 7, however the OP hasn't specified their OS. Since this is the Vista forum, it is a reasonable assumption that it is some form of Vista.

        It's iether Enterprise or Ultimate.

I've tried the following suggested setting:
        bcdedit -set loadoptions \”DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS”

It doesn't do the trick for me. As I understand it's for x64 platforms only. I'm using x86.

          Bhall7,
Microsoft does have an official Windows 7 RC Support Forum located here http://social.technet.microsoft.com/...egory/w7itpro/ . It is supported by product specialists as well as engineers and support teams. You may want to check the threads there for addtional support.

bhall7It didn't do the trick for me, but I will keep that link in favourites in case I run into some other drivers that have the some problem during installation.
