    I would like to know that is the local security policy setup is available in windows vista home premium ?

    It should be under Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Local Security Policy. You will need administrative credentials to use it.
    I don't have a Home Premium around, but it should be available in all Windows versions (IIRC).

        Of course RedDevil is right!! Apologies, hiren...
        Local Security Policy (secpol.msc) and Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc) are not available in the Vista Home versions...
        Most of the settings (if not all of them) can be achieved by editing the Registry directly. Not pretty, but ...
        So, what do you need ?
