What method are you using - easy connect or invitation?

Re: Remote Assistance On Windows 7 64 bit

in the run dialog box type the following "%windir%\system32\msra.exe /offerra" type the computer name in and send a remote assistance offer.

      Then what happens?

Be sure the Remote tab of the System Properties dialog box is showing. Select the Allow Remote Assistance Connections to This Computer check box and then click OK. If it still doesn’t work, try establishing remote connection using various remote support tools such as logmeinrescue, gosupportnow, GoToMyPC etc. and check if it works.
