if you run this locally, you can use "shutdown -l"
this does not work with /m (remote computer).

see shutdown /? for more details.

or maybe try this (have not tested this myself)

I need it to logoff multiple users connected to a Computer
I believe the "shutdown -l" is applied only to a single user

I need a script that i Can scheduale to run at the end of the day and logoff all the users that are still logged-in witout user invervention

Use a group policy instead. Configure logon hours so that users are forced to logoff when logon hours exipire.

SHutdown -i allows you to specify a list of computers
But I agree with vP - control the (l)users through GPOs

Thank you all for your replies!

the GPO method is a good one the only thing is that the computers and "sleeping" at expired logon hours

so the logoff is not happening
if there is anyway to wake the computers so the logoff will happen, let me know

i'll check out the tslogoff tool soon and let you all know how that worked for me

I believe you can use powercfg to configure power management on user's computer via GPO. Then Von's method to force user logoff via GPO.

Here is the step-by-step on how to use powercfg

                Hope it would help.
