  • Remote Desktop problem

Having an issue with remote desktop.

From XP machines to Windows 7 Ent it connects no problems.

From Win 7 Ent to Win 7 Ent, it does not connect.

Port 3389 is open, have turned ALL Windows firewalls off to try it, but still nothing.

Wireshark shows the remote compute sending a request, mine accepting it, sending an ack back and when the remote pc comes back, mine resets the connection.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Re: Remote Desktop problem

Solution was to find default.rdp file,

    edit with notepad and add

    enablecredsspsupport:i:0

and save, on the remote desktop, go to advanced tab and select do not authenticate, and that was all it was.

Hopefully this will help if anyone else has an issue.
