  • svchost.exe (LocalSystemNetworkRestricted) - eating a lot of memory

I am running Windows 7 64 bit on My PC (Intel Core i5 with 4GB RAM).
Recently I see the proccess named svchost.exe (LocalSystemNetworkRestricted) consuming between 80k to 130k of my memory.
I see it using some network resources too.
The process start upon system start. I scanned my system with a a few Anti Malware and Anti virus systems and didn't find any problem.
Can any one state what is the reason for this process running in my system, and how do I stop it (trying to kill it from the task manager fails)?

Right mouse click on svchost.exe and at teh bottom of the list is Gfo TO service. That will show you what it is.
