    Testing Windows 7.

How can I Sync My Documents folder in Windows 7?

All of my XP users have their My doc folder Sync to one of my servers. But I want to know if that option still can happen in Win 7, if so how can it be done?

      You could possibly Google this?

"windows 7 offline files" seems to answer this for you.

This kind of sounds like a "backwards" offline files. from his post i gather that they want the local MyDocs folder to sync up to a folder on a share. which probably could just be done via folder re-dicrection. we need more info though.

Are you running Windows Server 2008 or Server 2003? You can control that via group policy in a Corporate environment.
