  • Computer Name Icon graved off ???

    Hi Everyone ,

    i am using windows xp machine

    very recently i added to our domain

    after adding it to the domain

    the computer name id greved off



    and i cannot able

    to access other machine file sharing but i can able to get

    internet in this machine.i think its very new to me

    helping this issue will be very much appriciated

    Try logging on with a user that has local administrator or Domain Admin rights.

      This domain user has local administrator right

        Note: The identification of this computer cannot be changed because: Networking is not installed or is not properley configured
        I would uninstall all the networking components and uninstall the network card and reinstall.
